How a duel works
You and a rival get the same word at the same time. It takes a sharp eye and a steady hand.

1Read the word
One letter is missing. A short hint tells you what the word is about.

2Find the letter
Four tiles, one right answer. A wrong letter costs you time, and three wrong lock you out of that word.

3Aim for the green
Pull the tile down and slide it until the needle sits in the green. The green moves on every word.

4First in claims it
Your rival is racing for the same word. The first right letter through the portal wins it.

5Best of three
The words get harder each round, from everyday to tricky spellings. A tie goes to sudden death.
